A founding partner of 5one, Trish has over 19 years experience of developing customer strategies and designing and implementing direct marketing and loyalty and CRM solutions on a global scale. A world expert, her focus is on Retail and FMCG, however Trish has also worked across many other market sectors including automotive, telecoms, airlines, leisure and financial services.
Trish was part of the original team that trialled and launched the Tesco Clubcard scheme at dunnhumby, where she led the Client Database Team for seven years. Later, Trish went on to head up the consultancy division before leaving to become one of the founding partners of 5one.At 5one, Trish works across all of our clients in all markets, both in the UK and internationally, spearheading the strategic use of customer and loyalty data, and the design and implementation of the Shopper Centre suite. These unique solutions fill a gap in the market as they are designed by business users for business users to meet a genuine business need.
Trish now leads 5one Client Strategy & Innovation to ensure our solutions, insight and strategies take advantage of new trends in the market and remain leading edge.
Out of work, she runs a full time taxi service for her three very active children.
